3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Chat sessions are billed per minute after a free introductory period. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical issues reported within 24 hours.
4. Limitation of Liability
ConsultNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Expert advice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
